First time homebuyers need a detailed map on their journey down the road to homeownership. Our first time homebuyer seminars are 5 hour sessions with an experienced Realtor and loan officer that will map out the entire journey from start to finish - and even highlight some common roadblocks that may come up along the way. If you're planning on buying a home don't miss out on this valuable information. Seminars are free to the public and sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
